Make marginal notes regarding items that require further study or areas of controversy.

Browsing
Read selected chapters on a regular basis. Can you discipline yourself to read a few pages each day?

Check References
It is easy to access MEDLINE on the Internet.  Look for more recent references on the topics that interest you.

Share Textbooks
Consider creating a common library with other physicians in your clinic or hospital.

Share Information
If you learn something new and useful, discuss it with your colleagues.
