Therapeutics The Therapeutics section provides pharmaceutical information organized by body systems. For example, the “Skin Disorders” section includes a monograph on the recommended therapy for acne.
e-CPS The e-CPS section contains the Canadian Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties (CPS). New drugs are described in the “Drug Updates” section. It includes information that has been updated since the latest print edition. The “Directories” section includes contact information for Canadian drug companies.
Drug Interactions The site includes the Lexi-Interact Drug Interaction Analyzer. Enter the names of two or more drugs and the program will display any known interactions between them.
Patient Information The "Info For Patients" section is organized by body system. For example, the “Eye Conditions” section contains a handout on the “Proper Use of Eye Drops”. French language handouts are available.
Mobile Information Information about drugs for common conditins (TC Mobile) and the Lexi-Interact Drug Interaction program are available for download to Palm or Pocket PC (Windows Mobile) portable devices. Applications for Blackberries and other mobile devices are being developed (as of 2009-10-06).
