Information for New Users

To Enter the Virtual Library
When you registered to use the Virtual Library, you received an email message or fax containing your user name and password.  Enter these in the boxes on the MIS home page, then click the "Submit" button.

User Name or Password Reminder
If you forget your user name or password, tou can receive a reminder by using the "Forgot Password?" link.

Your User Profile
When you log in for the first time, you will see a "Confirm Profile" page, with options to update personal information or change your user name and password.  You can update your user profile at any time by using the "Update User Profile" link.

Pop-Up Windows
When you click on the tab of one of our licensed resources (e.g. MD Consult), it should open in a new "pop-up" window.  Some Internet browser programs have a "pop-up blocker" feature.  If this is active, you will need to train the program to accept pop-up windows from our website.
